Another Monday session, and another chance for the players of Cardiff to progress and look towards the future.
With the academy players on one side of the hall, the COE (Centre of Excellence) players in the middle and the HPS (High potential squad) players at the opposite end, things were really taking shape. The session is run by Simon Oyler [TTAW coach] every Monday 5-7pm in Sport Wales NC, Cardiff.
From senior and Welsh Internationals such as Ryan Owen and Charlotte Carey, all the way down to 8 year old Joe Roberts, the play was very impressive.
The city of Cardiff is very much on the way up with the programme in place...
