Monday 5th & 12th Dec
Tuesday 6th & 13th Dec
Wednesday 7th & 14th (6-8pm) plus Thursday 8th & 15th (5-7pm) have been changed to the dance studio instead
The last day for Welsh Squad training before Christmas is Thursday 15th December. In 2012 it starts back on Monday 9th January
