ETTU Eurokids Camp


Jac Jenkins and Laura Edwards will go to Sierra Nevada, Spain for a 6 day camp/tournament with the ETTU in October

Naomi Owen has been selected for and will travel to Lusanne, Switzerland for the Swiss Open in November

Josh trains with Irish


Josh Jenkins was invited over to Dublin to train with UCD, Dublin University, this week and I have had great reports of him. He is looking in fine form for the SUKSG next week.

Summer Programme


The summer programme has now ended with some fantastic work complete.

We had various training partners from Ireland, London, Scotland, Essex, Southampton and Bristol to help us improve

It has put us in good shape to face our British opponents at the UK School Games next week in England's North East

Liverpool GP - Day 2


Double win for Wales

After Lee Morgan and Conor Edwards won yesterday in their bands it was up to the seniors to follow. Ryan Jenkins and Naomi Owen duly obliged with wins against Gavin Rumgay (3-0) and Lauren Spink (3-1) respectively.

Training in Hungary


Preparation for the UK School Games, European Championships and the Commonwealth Games is on track with a fantastic training camp in Budapest, Hungary.
With dozens of practice partners on offer plus the chance to play friendly matches it is the ideal setting for us to be in tip-top condition. The weather is hot and humid and the conditions are ideal for what we can expect in Delhi in 5 weeks time.

Practice matches to date:

MEN: Wales B lost to Budapest B 3-15
(Patrick, Dan and Lee all won 1 match each)

WOMEN: Wales beat Solfvadhort S.C. 10-8
(Chloe won 3, Angharad, Megan and Charlotte won 2. Megan and Charlotte won their doubles)

Welsh Squads Announced for 2010/2011


Academy sessions are taking place on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday throughout the day in Cardiff with the 'A' squad on a Tuesday evening 5-8pm and the 'B' group on Wednesday from 6-8pm
COE sessions will happen in the regions (Cardiff, Swansea, Wrexham and Rhondda on Monday evenings)
Thursday evening will allow the 'Academy' players to access another session to add to their workload:
